Los 50 Mejores Inventos del 2008 Segun la Revista Time

La revista Time ha publicado la lista de los 50 mejores inventos del 2008, que incluye innovaciones en áreas como genética, construcciones, software, energía por nombrar algunas.

El primer puesto se lo llevó el test de genética “23andMe”, fundado en parte por Anne Wojcicki, nada más ni nada menos que la esposa de Sergey Brin. Básicamente es un test de saliva, que por USD$399 permite estimar la predisposición de la persona a más de 90 características y condiciones genéticas, como por ejemplo desde la calvicie hasta la ceguera.

En segundo lugar quedó el auto eléctrico Tesla Roadster, que si bien fue presentado ya hace varios años, recién en 2008 entró en producción y fue entregado a sus apoderados dueños.

En la lista también figuran el sitio de series y shows de TV Hulu.com, el Gran Colisionador de Hadrones, el conflictivo video juego Spore y hasta un rascacielos giratorio de 80 pisos que se está construyendo en Dubai.
